Position Description

PranaGEO is currently seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer with Graph Database experience and aware of AGILE/SCRUM methodology for working in International projects.

PranaGEO is a young Research and Development company and provides solutions for research and software development for data science projects. We are focusing in the area of modern data analysis in Software as a Service approach, with a special focus on improving the productivity of data science projects through the innovative features of our SaaS Platform. We also support our clients with Consultancy and Education in the area of data science.

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be an experienced, highly motivated self-starter with the ability to develop. He/she will work directly with our international client who exploit software for business consultants and information analysts to rapidly design and deploy graph-based applications by exploiting the agility of graphs.

Your main responsibilities are with knowledge, creativity and curiosity to

• improve existing functionalities
• optimize user experience
• inspire us and be inspired by us

The candidate will be guided by our Senior Development team.

Requirements

• At least a B.S. degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science / Mathematics or related quantitative area.
• Experience or Affinity with Graph Databases like Neo4j, Memgraph, Tigergraph is a strong plus
• Experience with AGILE/SCRUM methodologies
• Experience with Node.js,  Vue.js d3.js
• Hands-on skills with PostgreSQL is an advantage  
• Ability to solve client-server communication problems within the modern scalable SaaS paradigm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required. Affinity with Turkish is a plus.
• A valid Turkish work permit.

Working Conditions

• The company is located in the beautiful Turkish mediterranean riviera, Bodrum.
• Flexible working hours.
• After having demonstrated independent working abilities, there are possibilities of working from a (international) remote location with regular travels to Bodrum, Turkey.
• The salary will be proportional to the qualifications and work experience of the candidate.
• PranaGEO will be able to provide basic housing facility in Bodrum.
